All lots are located in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Confirmation of pickup or delivery of Iron Gate Commercial Auction winnings must be made within 60 days of auction close. Thereafter, your winnings will be subject to storage fees, including a $75 setup, subsequent $5.00/case/month and $1.25 per bottle fee for inventory services. If no contact has been made within two years, auction winnings will be considered abandoned.

This collector is WSET 3 certified and has always been fascinated by the history or winemaking, viticulture and how wines pairs with different cuisines. He began collecting 20 years ago and stores his wine in professional facilities in both Toronto and Vancouver. Wines were acquired through the LCBO and BC Liquor Stores.
The wine in this lot has a score of 96 from Robert Parker and the following tasting note -Twin Peaks director David Lynch, one of Hollywood's most renowned film makers, has revealed his new design for Dom Pérignon. According to Dom Pérignon’s publicity, the gift box is ‘a little magic theatre, similar to the ones that David Lynch could have imagined. The silk ribbons at either end raise the curtain on the interior of the box, where Lynchian chiaroscuro silhouettes herald a world where mystery is a game.’The 2000 Dom Perignon Rose is a flashy, ripe Champagne that screams Pinot to a degree I have never encountered in another vintage of this wine. A dark, intense color leads to a Chambolle-like nose followed by endless red berries, flowers and spices, all backed up with plenty of muscle, richness and density. The wine continues to blossom on the palate, with utterly beguiling detail, clarity and polish, all qualities that resonate on the rich, expansive finish.
