2009 Domaine Georges Roumier Chambolle Musigny from this lot has the following scores - CellarTracker 97 points. This is the tasting note for 2009 Domaine Georges Roumier Chambolle Musigny from Robert Parker - I hadn't drunk a bottle of Roumier's 2009 Chambolle-Musigny Village for seven years, largely because I couldn't find the case in my cellar, but my enforced patience has been richly rewarded, as the wine is just entering its drinking window. Wafting from the glass with aromas of blackberries and raspberries mingled with subtle hints of peony and spices, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, with melting but still present tannins, succulent acids and an expansive finish. Readers with multiple bottles shouldn't hesitate to enjoy one now.
