Thereafter, your winnings will be subject to storage fees, including a $75 setup, subsequent $5.00/case/month and $1.25 per bottle fee for inventory services. If no contact has been made within two years, auction winnings will be considered abandoned.

This collector started his cellar during University in his early 20's while working retail for an Ontario winery. Initially he was drawn to the wines of Italy, but over time began to focus on French wines, especially Burgundy. He has always had a great appreciation for white wine, particularly for the wines of Chablis, Loire, Austria and Germany. Generally he purchased wines from the LCBO and directly from agents (keeping track of all invoices and probably have digital or paper copies for everything).The wines were stored at home, in temperature controlled, specially built wine cellars.
The rating for 2009 Domaine Georges Roumier Chambolle Musigny Les Cras Premier Cruis 92 points from Robert Parker and the tasting note - The 2009 Chambolle-Musigny Les Cras is surprisingly huge and powerful, even within the context of the vintage. This is a decidedly sumptuous Chambolle that pushes the edge of ripeness. My impression is that the wine needs a few years to shed its baby fat. It is a fascinating to revisit Christophe Roumier’s 2009s from bottle. The lower-end wines are marked by the year to a significantly greater extent than the top wines.
